Pasta With Bechamel Sauce

DIRECTIONS 

STEP 1

Add the onions and mashed garlic in a frying pan on the stove and stir them with olive oil until they change color.

STEP 2

Add 500 grams of meat and stir until it changes color.

STEP 3

When the color of the meat changes, add (salt, oregano, black pepper, paprika, 3 grated tomatoes, and 3 tbsp of tomato paste) , stir them and leave them on the fire for 5 minutes. 

During this time, boil the pasta.

STEP 4

For bechamel : Mix the butter with flour on the stove and roast them together.

STEP 5

Add the milk and Lacrima cream cheese and stir them .

STEP 6

Add (salt, black pepper, nutmeg, chicken stock) and stir until it becomes dense.

STEP 7

Mix the bechamel with the pasta in a bowl, then put the first layer of pasta that we mixed with the bechamel and put extra bechamel on it, then we put the second layer of meat and the last layer add the pasta.

STEP 8

Finally, put mozzarella cheese on the top layer and put it in the oven at 200 degrees so that it takes a nice color .

  • Mozzarella cheese.
