DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
In a large bowl, mix the cheese, cream, mustard seeds, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and chili pepper.
STEP 2
Pour the wine(Chardonnay) into a medium large deep pan, bring it to a boil and reduce the heat to a slight simmer. Carefully add the mixture to it with cheese - spoonful by spoonful until it melts completely.
STEP 3
Serve with the French baguette for melting and bowls of cherry tomatoes, grapes, grilled brussels sprouts cabbage, large shrimp, pieces of celery and other morsels optionally.
I recommend preparing it with cheese for baking.
