DIRECTIONS

STEP 1

At the beginning of the dough, put 5 cups of flour, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/4 cup of oil, and mix them with yeast, sugar, salt and baking powder, and stir them well.

STEP 2

Gradually add warm water, knead it well, and leave the dough to rest for 5 minutes.

STEP 3

For the balls surrounding the dough, take pieces of dough and stuff them with mixed cheese (any type of cheese).

STEP 4

For filling :

Filling 1: Oil and thyme.

Filling 2: Lacrima cream cheese with cheddar flavor and add cheddar cheese to it.

Optionally, you can add black or green olives and salami.

Filling 3: thyme with feta cheese and dried tomatoes, brushed with eggs and a little sesame.

STEP 5

Add mozzarella cheese all over it ,then Bake it at 180 degrees until it takes on a golden color.
