DIRECTIONS

STEP 1

Wash the potatoes, cut them into slices and boil them in boiling water for 7 minutes.

STEP 2

Place (1/2 cup cornstarch, tablespoon oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and mixed spices) in a large bowl and mix well.

STEP 3

Drain the potatoes from the water for 5 minutes, add the potatoes to the mixture and mix very well.

STEP 4

In a pan on the stove, plenty of hot oil, fry the potatoes or you can grill them.

STEP 5 (FOR DIP)

Mix all the DIP ingredients (yogurt, Lacrima cream cheese, dry mint, salt and garlic powder) together to make the DIP.

  • 1 kilo of potatoes.
  • 1/2 cup of starch.
  • 1 tbsp salt.
  • 1 tbsp oregano.
  • 1 tbsp paprika.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder.
  • 3 tbsp mixed spices.

For Sauce  

  • A small container of yogurt.
  • Lacrima cheddar cream cheese.
  • 1 tsp of dry mint.
  • 1 tsp of salt.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder.
